Do you accept insurance?
​
Given the extended 1:1 time we spend with our patients and the services we provide, we feel it is not in our best interest or yours to accept insurance. When practitioners participate with insurance carriers, they enter into a contract that allows the insurance company to dictate what services will be covered, oftentimes limiting the quality of care that we believe you deserve. Insurance companies and pharmaceutical giants aren’t in the business of making you truly healthy—they’re in the business of managing disease for profit.

Vantage Health can provide copies of invoices and lab requisitions as needed. We do not provide procedure codes (CPT) or diagnostic codes (ICD-10) codes associated with insurance reimbursement.
We will happily accept HSA/FSA cards.

Do you see patients outside of Ohio?

​No. we are only licensed to see patients across the entire state of Ohio. You must be an Ohio resident to participate in telehealth virtual visits.

Can you be my primary care provider?
​
Although Matt is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, he is specializing in men's and women's hormone optimization and weight loss and the clinic structure doesn't allow him to be available at the level of acuity necessary for a primary care practice. Matt is happy to work collaboratively with your PCP and other providers to make sure you are getting the best care possible!

How do you order and bill for bloodwork?
Cost of Labwork is NOT included with consultation or visits but can be ordered at a discounted rate through Vantage Health and then drawn at any Labcorp location. Patient also has the option to take our lab order to a lab of their choice and attempt to use their insurance coverage for blood draw, BUT there is no guarantee insurance will cover ALL of the labs and costs will be solely up to lab/insurance carrier).

What is your cancelation policy?
​We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. We understand urgent situations arise, so we provide 1 courtesy late cancelation to our program members and then subsequent no-show, or late cancelations will incur a $25 fee that will be collected before rescheduling is permitted.
