Vantage Health WOMENS BHRT PROGRAM PRICING: Vantage Health has moved away from the traditional insurance-based model of care. The main reason is so that we can provide comprehensive testing and more specialized treatment options that are based on the most UP TO DATE medical studies and literature. We feel our patients deserve a higher level of care, so we do NOT partner with or bill any insurance companies; therefore, we have created lucrative self-pay treatment options that are convenient, detailed, and effective. Our HRT treatment program is a quarterly commitment which includes 90 DAYS worth of treatment management and medications. Program will renew every 3 months and provides patients with 3 months' worth of medications, supplies, medication shipping expenses, as well as follow-up visits with clinician, and lab work interpretations. For ease of payment, we defer to a monthly billing cycle. Treatment can be discontinued at the end of any treatment quarter / before next quarterly medications are ordered. The most common areas include: Ventral Gluteal (Buttocks): The upper part of the buttocks Deltoid (Shoulder/Upper Arm): The fleshy area on the back or side of the upper arm, at least a few inches below the shoulder and above the elbow. Upper Thigh: The front and outer part of the thigh, avoiding the inner thigh.
