We love referrals! In fact, our clinic model is heavily based on "word of mouth" interactions. We want to honor those who like the services Vantage Health has to offer and are recommending our clinic to others.

HOW TO GET REFERRAL BONUS?
*Current Patients- Receive a $30 CREDIT towards your next month's bill or for your next service (HRT or WEIGHT LOSS). Referred individual must begin a treatment program with Vantage Health to receive the credit. There is no limit on how many people you can refer or how many credits you can build up!

*Non-Patients- Receive a $30 GIFT CARD to a favorite retailer (AMAZON is default) for each referral you make. You don't have to be a Vantage Health patient to participate. Referred individual must begin a treatment program with Vantage Health to receive the referral bonus. There is no limit on how many people you can refer or how many gift cards you can build up!
